Though congenital heart disease (CHD) predisposes to Infective endocarditis and brain abscess, endocarditis due to gram negative bacteria is uncommon. Among gram negative bacteria, Klebsiella species are very rare cause of bacterial endocarditis. Here we describe a case of a two and half years old male child with Tetralogy Of Fallot who developed Klebsiella Endocarditis and brain abscess.
