Congenital leukemia constitutes a rare and poorly defined entity. It is usually associated with numbers of congenital anomalies. Clinically they present with non specific signs and symptoms. It is known to progress rapidly and paradoxically, may also remit spontaneously. We report this case of congenital leukemia, who presented with non specific symptoms and hyperleukocytosis with no congenital anomalies, to make the clinician aware and keep this possibility in neonates.
